Caitlin and Patrick Clapp, Owners of SUNAPEE STAYS

Caitlin and Patrick live full-time in Sunapee. Patrick grew up outside of Boston and Caitlin’s a local, having grown up in town. After spending time living in San Francisco and then Boston, they quickly realized they wanted to call Sunapee home. They own The LODGE Hotel along with other premier vacation rentals (including a treehouse!) in the Sunapee, New Hampshire area. They also own vacation rentals in Stratton and Stowe, Vermont.

Both stay actively involved in the Sunapee area. Caitlin volunteers for local nonprofits – and, in her spare time, is hiking the 48 New Hampshire 4000-footers. Patrick is the president of the Sunapee Harbor Riverway and coaches their boys’ baseball teams. They’re hands-on owners, so you might see Patrick, Caitlin or even their boys working around THE LODGE Hotel.

As a family, they love to spend time on Lake Sunapee swimming, boating and water skiing. They also enjoy skiing at Mount Sunapee in the winter months. Caitlin and Patrick relate to prospective guests and share their interest in all the things the Lake Sunapee region has to offer. They’re happy to help you pick a restaurant, plan an excursion or do what it takes to make your stay at any of the Sunapee Stays properties comfortable and enjoyable.
