This boutique hotel is one of the nicest and well kept small hotels I have ever had the pleasure to stay at! The accommodations are top notch, including the comfy bed, full kitchen, and heated toilet seats. The temperature control was perfect and the blinds provided excellent blackout coverage. We did not have a chance to test out the pool but the game room and snack bar are a great edition. I really appreciated how the staff left us a complimentary bag of waters and snacks for booking directly on the hotel site. I had not visited the Sunapee area before and found the landscape views and community to be absolutely charming. I will certainly be returning in the future and would highly recommend this lodge to anyone looking to visit Lake Sunapee! Emma L.

A cozy magical weekend!
Our weekend in this beautiful treehouse was nothing short of magical. From the moment we arrived, we could feel the care and creativity that went into every detail. The space was cozy, comfortable, and filled with warmth — both literally and in spirit. The craftsmanship of the treehouse is incredible — it feels like stepping into a storybook. Every corner has something unique, and yet it still feels perfectly homey and relaxing. We loved waking up to the sounds of nature, while sipping on a cup of coffee and just taking in the peaceful surroundings. The fall hike in and around the property is nothing short of breathtaking. It’s clear this isn’t just a rental — it’s someone’s labor of love. Staying here was one of the most memorable, romantic and recharging experiences we’ve ever had, and we’re already dreaming about coming back. Justin M.

Tiffany Hill Treehouse

This treehouse was truly incredible. No detail was overlooked. Luxury comfortable accommodations in the treetops. We surprised our kids with a quick ski getaway and the treehouse was definitely the highlight of the trip! Communication with Sunapee Stays was efficient and they offered great recommendations for restaurants and activities in the area. Perfect location for the lake and mountain. Beautiful property and views!
This is the second time we have stayed at King Hill Cottage in mid-October and once again, had a truly wonderful experience overall. The cottage is cozy, well-equipped, and spotless upon arrival. The layout is perfect for our family of four, and the beds and linens were extremely comfortable. The location struck a great balance — quiet and peaceful, yet just a short drive to town, restaurants, and outdoor activities around New London. Communication with Sunapee Stays was smooth from start to finish. Check-in was simple, and everything was exactly as described. We especially appreciated the thoughtful touches throughout the home that made it easy to settle in and relax.
We will absolutely be making our annual return trip again next year and recommend it to anyone! Sara H.

King Hill Cottage

Tiffany hill treehouse is truly magical. We surprised my son for his 13th birthday and he absolutely loved it! Every detail is beautiful and you can tell so much love and thought went into building this. We enjoyed making a fire in the fire pit, the swings, and the amazing porch where I drank my morning coffee. It was such a peaceful place and the location could not get any better. The state beach is right around the corner and Mount Sunapee is also right around the corner. Plenty of cute restaurants and a grocery store is nearby. I highly recommend this treehouse you won’t be disappointed it’s like no place we’ve experienced before! Danielle B.

Great four-season property for a family!
Great house about two minutes from Mt. Sunapee resort and state park, as well as several lake towns. Beds are extra comfortable and the kitchen has everything we needed. Christopher W.

We absolutely love this enchanting tree house! This was our second stay, except this time we brought our son who is 8. We got to enjoy some winter activities in the area. Sunrise at Stratton is exactly as described- comfortable, luxurious, & convenient! It was the perfect space for our family (3) for a quick weekend getaway to end the ski season. The home was meticulous and she left no stone unturned in terms of how she optimized the space, whilst keeping a luxe look & feel. The distance to the mountain was incredibly convenient, the beds super comfortable and like other reviewers, the toilet was a key highlight for all. Beautifully renovated condo – modern, clean, and super comfy! My boys and I enjoyed a fantastic day of fall mountain biking, and this studio space was perfect for a quick overnight stay. Cape Coral 

This cottage was absolutely charming. A 15 min drive to the mountain – it was super convenient to restaurants and fun. We had grandparents and our two young children, it was a perfect setup for the six of us — plenty of space, great kitchen and comfortable sitting area. We will definitely come again! Caroline L.
